Rosaries: The Hunt

have to be fancy or metal.  Can't wait
to share what we find.

Granny Art

Joe calls this Granny Art.  We both love it.
It's the kind of treasures we can't imagine relatives
tossing out but they do.

old party decorations.  Ball, bells...pastels.

Hunting and Seeking for Jewels

Diamonds don't make my heart race.
Vintage makes my heart beat with the
intensity of African drums.

The vibrant colors of the Caribbean.
The faded brightness of summer roses.

Today, we will be on the hunt for wooden spools,
shiny glass, cake plates, and vintage jewelry.

I hope Joe is on the hunt for a jean skirt for me.
A flow-ie one ready for my embroidery love.

Champagne Glass

I have been dreaming about champagne glasses
like my mother used to have.  These are preferrable to the flute
type champagne glasses that have been the rage for the past 30
years. 

This pair is from the 60s and super fancy with their ribbon of silver.
Plain glass ones would be welcome, too.  We are on the hunt.
