For nearly 30 years,  I have had a love affair with the
City of Orange's downtown and roundabout.
"The Circle" with a fountain in its center. 
Antiques galore, including my fav, County Roads.

Yummy food for every taste. 

My first job in Southern California was located in Orange
and there is where my love affair began.

Where would you like to be in ten years?
In ten years, I would like for Vaya Bags to be an
example of a local, handmade, all women-owned and operated
business that is thriving while helping the environment
and the community. I’d like to help prove that you don’t have 
to sacrifice your values and squash the people around 
you to make it in business.

What a refreshing philosophy often lacking in today's society.
What harm could possibility happen if every single person in America
did well according to their desires and abilities?

Every day I find inspiration from those who create.

This treasure didn't make it home with me but I may just have 
to go back.  It's 1970s sensibilities and color orange.  
Orange has been a color of comfort during my recovery.

In heraldry, orange is symbolic of strength and endurance.

Why is the color orange calling my name?
We do live in the peach colored Pumpkin Cottage. 
That's not it though.
It is my healing color.  Tangerine.  Sunny,
warm, with just enough of a bite to kick back, to
hold me up and inspire creative endeavors.


It's not orange but it could be.
