Our people, Hannah.  I don't know Hannah personally,
but visiting her cottage makes me feel right at home.
Most of my family and friends are minimalist and feel anxiety
visiting Pumpkin Cottage. Joe flatters me and has purchased
some of my favorite things like the bird clock.

Our weekends have become even more precious since
I don't participate in a alternative schedule. For over 10 years,
I could eagerly looked forward to alternating Fridays off.

What could be better than a alternative schedule?
An environment where I feel appreciated. 
The anxiety level is significantly diminished.

We had a splendid weekend. Went out for sushi with 
dear friends on Saturday night.  I don't eat sushi but 
I loved watching our whole party enjoy.  
It is a mama's pleasure to 
have a satisfied family.

On Sunday, our friends barbequed for us.
It was a treat to visit together. Visiting with
their dogs only made me miss having a dog 
more.  

No tracking of time on weekends.

Today is a weepy day.
That's okay.
Missing my mother.
Feeling isolated.

I don't know if I will ever get over it.


I am often told to get over this or get over
that...somethings we simply do not get over.

Still counting my MANY blessings.

In our house we serve the Lord.

We don't live half way.
We swing from the fences.
Feeling the heights of joy
and the depths of despair.

We live to soar.
To float.
To love to the depth.
To allow ourselves to feel
pain in loss.

We cheer on do-gooders.
We defend the LEFT.
The homeless,
the mentally ill, afflicted, the poor,
the elderly, children, and animals.
We are particularly fond any
UNDERDOG.
We are NOT politically correct.
We believe in the SPIRIT of
the American people.

We love all people because we
are all HUMAN.  Each and everyone
all created in God's image.

Filled with the BOLDNESS of the Holy Spirit.
Loving believers and non believers.
SEEKing enlightenment.
Elevating doing the RIGHT thing.

Amen.
